Cremer International, for over three decades, has provided executive search services for clients as part of our coaching services. By using psychological and business assessment testing for all assignments, we provide a guaranteed 90 day replacement policy as outlined in our services agreements for all clients. Our professional fee is based on the candidate’s first year total cash compensation. All retained executive search assignments require a retainer to begin an assignment.
The following services are provided in all executive search assignments and have no separate costs except for expenses associated with any assignment.

Advise on compensation if requested
Personality profiling of senior management to better understand the needs of a successful candidates
Resume screening
Telephone prescreening
Interviewing candidates
Business and psychological evaluation of candidates
Debriefing management via written reports of all interviewed candidates
Reference checking
Relocation assistance
Post hiring consultation with both hiring authority and hired candidate on final hire (30-60 and 90 days)
